About Carl
Nearly four decades building things that last — in concrete, steel, and trust.
Carl Wile started in construction in August 1990, following in his father's footsteps. Over 36 years he advanced from Foreman to Project Manager, running large-scale tenant improvements for national clients across Las Vegas.
After losing both his parents at a young age, Carl channeled that experience into building something meaningful.
Frustrated by projects derailed by poor communication and runaway costs, he acquired Tenaya Services with one mission: to be the contractor businesses can truly rely on.
